3D housing design program?

Does anyone know a software program that allows you to create floor prints of houses, and design it with furniture, floor, etc. but also with scenery, and you can look at it 3D...It was a really good program, and we used it in school, but I can't remember what it's called. I'm pretty sure it's probably expensive, but money is not an object...so please! Does anyone remember, we used it in school during housing and interior/exterior decorating?! I am redoing my parents yard, it's trecherous, and I want to show them a 3D plan of how it's going to look for their approval. Please and thankyou.3D housing design program?

try Google sketch up it's a good program but if your not familiar with 3d design it can take a while.
