We're a small in-house design department for a growing med-large company. We're looking for professional multi-user software that will help us operate %26amp; collaborate more efficiently to do the following:
- create monthly ad schedules that encompasses many markets (50+ newspaper %26amp; magazine type publications plus a few web ads). Totals the cost of all ads that month, Allows us to make special notes for special publication issues.
- send out insertion orders to those publications. Insertion orders should include ad size, cost, ad name, run date, artwork due date, contract terms, a notes section, and Ad Rep %26amp; publication contact information, etc. Ideally retreived from a linked database for that publication.
- a database to organize, manage %26amp; track advertising rates. Generates progressive reports on the fulfillment of those contracts, notifying me when a contract renewal is due.
